To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our policies below: CONFIRMATION & REMINDERS As a courtesy, we will send a confirmation text 4 days prior to your appointment, along with reminders via email/text 3 days and 1 day before your scheduled time. Please note, if we are unable to reach you, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellation fees. ARRIVAL POLICY Out of respect for all clients, appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time. • Arrivals 15 minutes late or more will require cancellation of the appointment, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. • A new deposit will be required to reschedule. CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. • No-call/no-show appointments will result in being unable to book future appointments. The Same Day of the appointment rescheduled Policy! We understand things happen in life . for rescheduling made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee; as we operate by appointment only, we are unable to accommodate same-day scheduling or rescheduling—especially for complimentary services—and your deposit will be forfeited. DEPOSIT POLICY A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • New clients: A $20 deposit is required. • The deposit will be applied toward your service total. • All deposits are non-refundable. RESCHEDULING POLICY • Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times. • A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required to reschedule. • Rescheduling within 3 days of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. PRODUCT REFUND POLICY All product sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges once products leave our office. Thank you for your understanding. GIFT CERTIFICATES & GIFT CARDS • Gift certificates and gift cards must be used before their expiration date. • Up to one week after expiration, the original service may still be redeemed with a 50% payment of its current value.
